Crisis Event Response and Recovery Access (CERRA)  represents a DHS effort to establish locally and state controlled emergency access programs nationwide.

These program's are designed to ensure that jurisdictions have a coordinated method of access throughout an event, and can use that method nationally so that other jurisdictions or organizations  can be approved for access.

CERRA currently in the process of their national outreach effort and the Reentry Access Group is honored to be an active advocate for the Gulf Coast region and is able to provide the software which works directly with all national CERRA best-practices access programs.
